Account management for Amazon sellers
Day-to-day running of the account: catalogue, advertising, stock and reporting, with the settlement reconciled every month so the numbers in the report are checked, not assumed.
What this covers
- Listing and catalogue work: titles, bullets, keywords and images, written for this platform rather than copied from another
- Sponsored advertising: setup, daily bid and budget management, and reporting that separates attributed sales from direct sales
- Stock tracking and restock alerts so a best-seller does not go out of stock mid-campaign
- Every settled order reconciled against the published category rate card
- A daily summary, a monthly review, and a written plan for the month ahead
The fees this touches on Amazon
On Amazon the deductions we reconcile are referral fee, closing fee, weight handling and storage, plus GST charged on those fees. Each is checked separately, because a fee and the tax on that fee are two different lines and adding them together hides both.
Amazon commission, by category
These are the published Amazon rates our audit compares your settlement against. They come from the same rate-card library the product uses — not from a page written once and left alone.

20 active rules. A rate that changed mid-year is applied by order date, not by today’s rate — which is where a lot of quiet mismatches come from.
How your Amazon data reaches us
Amazon has a seller API, so once you authorise us the settlement reports are pulled automatically and nothing has to be downloaded by hand.
Either way we work only from your own settlement and order data. Buyer names, addresses and phone numbers are discarded on import — we hold no permission to read them and do not want one.
Questions sellers actually ask
How quickly will I see something useful?
The first reconciliation needs one full settlement cycle, and returns need their own window to settle before the profit figure means anything. Month one is largely data. Month two is where the picture is real. Anyone promising numbers in week one is describing a different product.
Do you need my Amazon password?
No. You authorise us from your own Seller Central and revoke it the same way. We never ask for a password, and the token is stored encrypted against your workspace.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Business data and integration credentials are deleted 90 days after the subscription ends, and a deletion request is completed within 30 days. Your data is never aggregated with another seller’s or used to train models.
Do you guarantee the money back from Amazon?
No, and nobody honestly can — the decision is Amazon’s. What we can do is make the case a good one: the order IDs, the dates, the rate that applied and the exact difference, checked before it is raised.
Will one person own my account?
Yes. You get one named person who knows your catalogue, not a queue.
