Fee and settlement audit for Flipkart sellers
Every settled order rebuilt from the published category rate card and compared with what was actually deducted, with the order-level evidence needed to raise anything that does not match.
What this covers
- Settlement reconciled line by line against the rate card that applied on that order date
- Mismatches shown with the order ID, the sale value, the slab rate, the applied rate and the difference
- Net profit and margin per SKU after commission, shipping, returns, advertising and GST
- GST separated out, because it was never your money
- Claim-ready cases assembled with the evidence, and ordered by deadline where the platform publishes one
The fees this touches on Flipkart
On Flipkart the deductions we reconcile are commission, collection fee, fixed fee and shipping fee, plus GST charged on those fees. Each is checked separately, because a fee and the tax on that fee are two different lines and adding them together hides both.
Flipkart commission, by category
These are the published Flipkart rates our audit compares your settlement against. They come from the same rate-card library the product uses — not from a page written once and left alone.

15 active rules. A rate that changed mid-year is applied by order date, not by today’s rate — which is where a lot of quiet mismatches come from.
How your Flipkart data reaches us
Flipkart has a seller API, so once you authorise us the settlement reports are pulled automatically and nothing has to be downloaded by hand.
Either way we work only from your own settlement and order data. Buyer names, addresses and phone numbers are discarded on import — we hold no permission to read them and do not want one.
Questions sellers actually ask
How quickly will I see something useful?
The first reconciliation needs one full settlement cycle, and returns need their own window to settle before the profit figure means anything. Month one is largely data. Month two is where the picture is real. Anyone promising numbers in week one is describing a different product.
Do you need my Flipkart password?
No. You authorise us from your own Seller Hub and revoke it the same way. We never ask for a password, and the token is stored encrypted against your workspace.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Business data and integration credentials are deleted 90 days after the subscription ends, and a deletion request is completed within 30 days. Your data is never aggregated with another seller’s or used to train models.
Do you guarantee the money back from Flipkart?
No, and nobody honestly can — the decision is Flipkart’s. What we can do is make the case a good one: the order IDs, the dates, the rate that applied and the exact difference, checked before it is raised.
What if the audit finds nothing?
Then it finds nothing, and you have that in writing. A clean settlement is a real answer, and it is worth more than a number invented to justify the fee.
